Consumption data disappeared

There are always problems with the consumption data via OBD. On one vehicle, I wanted to add a new configuration for winter tires. Suddenly the standard configuration and therefore the consumption data was gone. Why can't the consumption data be saved and imported or assigned to a vehicle if required? I use the dongle in 2 vehicles and it has already happened that the ID.4 suddenly had the values from the ID.3.
