Connection with ODB2 dongle not possible

Dear Sir or Madam

I would like to connect to the vehicle using an ODB2 dongle. Unfortunately, this is not possible because the "Connect" field in the app is located directly under the Android "Close window" button.

All attempts, even just next to the button, failed.

I would be happy to send you a screenshot.

    Please add more information such as;

    • Vehicle model

    • OBD device model

    • Error messages if any given

    No, I cannot higher scroll up the page that I can use the Button “Verknüpfen”.

    As you see in the screenshot, it’s the highest position.

      Okay. Have you, by any chance, enabled larger text than the default in your device’s system settings?

      Looking at this, we are not able to directly reproduce the issue on Android. I’d therefore believe it is connected to your specific device and/or screen size. Could you tell me:

      • Device model

      • OS version

    sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    im Bild sehen Sie, dass doie Schaltflächje “Verknüpfen” direkt unter dem Android-Button zum Schließen des Fensters liegt und somit nicht erreichbar ist.

    Bitte sende Sie mir einen Vorschlag, dass ich die Schaltfläche “Verknüpfen” erreichen kann.

    Der Fensterinhalt läßt sich nicht weiter nach oben schieben, damit die Schaltfläche “Verknüpfen” ereeichbar ist.
