the full name of the charge card is UTA eCard. It is published by Union Tank
Eckstein GmbH & Co KG (UTA). The website is findable under: https://web.uta.com/ladekarte.

It is said on the Website:

You get full access to our Europe-wide, nationwide charging network with over 750,000 public charging points - at standardized rates in Germany.

There is an UTA eCharge App in the Apple AppStore (and also in Google play store). I believe it was the same charging enclosure as in the Chargepoint app. Before releasing the UTA eCharge App, UTA-useres had to use an UTA Chargepoint App.
