Use Charger utilization in planning

Currently a long (e.g. 1000km route) can include charge stops at very busy chargers. If the charge station is fully occupied with only 1 stall sometimes free for a few (10?) minutes it is reasonable to expect a waiting line at that charger. It would be good if the route planning then considered alternative options. Now the navigator needs to search with another app (like bump, chargemap etc) to identify alternatives closeby.
