US State Highway and Interstate signs don’t render in CarPlay
iOS 18.2 Public beta iPhone 15 Pro Wireless CarPlay Chevrolet Bolt 2023 Issue: the glyphs for US highway and internet signs are empty when rendered on the CarPlay main app and multi view modes. The Imgur links contain screenshots of this issue. Surprisingly enough, green exit signs render correctly.
I haven’t restarted the app yet due to being on a road trip. Will attempt that after submitting the report.

We’ve just released version 5.5.1 to the App store as well as pushed a fix for this issue. Please update to 5.5.1 (3151) via the App store.

It might take some more time, we realized that we currently have some troubles getting hotifxes out.

Thank you very much for reporting this, we will release a bugfix soon that restores the highway signs.

Update: stopped at a charger and restarted the route. Interstate glyphs now load properly and I can only assume that highway ones do too.
Edit: seems the issue is more intermittent. Interstate signs load but highway ones don’t seem to. I’ll keep an eye next time I get on a highway.

I completed the trip and US highway signs didn’t render the whole time where US interstate and exit signs did. I’ll be driving back in a few days so I’ll see if this is the same behavior then
