Update has smashed my routes and rest my settings
Since the last update (6.1 ?) all my saved routes have the charging stop set to an unknown position. Regardless of which route I choose, I get the error message “ Oops, one or more addresses cannot be found” and the they are set to “My position”. Fortuneately the charging stops seem to have been saved further in the route. What is worse is that the app has reset all my settings which I have spent much time in setting up so that thay approximate to reality. Please get this fixed.

After the route has been calculated on the smartphone, it says “My Position” for two of the carging stops. But those are along the route and have even information about the available chargers:

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the issues you face. The plans you have saved have unfortunately been anonymized for privacy reasons after not having been loaded for a long while.
Since then we have changed this and any plans saved since a few releases ago they should remain as they were for a very long time. We need to update the code which loads the plan to better explain that it is anonymized and cannot be restored 100%.

That may well be, which I fully understand. However, the last plan I have been working on is only one or two max two days old !! I do nor consider that to be “a very long time”

What is the name of that plan which does not work? I just tested one in your settings, “… aug 2025” which seems to load and plan correctly.

The latest route is “ Sverige og Norge aug 2025”. I load the “all plan settings” option. You will note on starting “ Oops ! One or more addresses …,”. All the charging stops are listed as “My position” (although if you tap on a particular charging stop, it then leads you to the correct information. Likewise in the route analysis). However, this is not much use when looking at the route plan.

Could you please try to load this plan again with ABRP 6.1.1 (e.g. on web)? It seems to work fine for me now, we did fix some bugs in 6.1.1.

Nope, same result. I’ve tried with Safari, Google and Firefox. All are showing the charging stops as “My position” on the route description (left drop down screen). Have confirmed I’m using ABRP 6.1.1. So how come it works for you but not me ? This is the first time I’ve used Firefox for ABRP, so it shouldn’t be a cache issue.

I had the same issue on a plan I created 2 days before using it on version before 6.10, as soon as the update got deployed I got the “Oops” message while loading the plan.

We have seen and fixed this crash and it will be available in ABRP 6.1.2. It is a web only crash so potentially we can release an update in the coming days.

The same here on a Pixel 8 Pro with Android 16. Just played around with some scenarios, different settings, charging stopa etc., for our upcoming holiday trip to the South of France (1250 km). Once saved and shortly reloaded again (30 sec) all charging stops are “destroyed” the way described above. Sry., but I expect by a save function that I can reload my saved route with ALL settings and specific charging stops.
