Underestimation

The app chronically underestimates the battery consumption. Raising the reference consumption manually to 130 Wh/km does not help. As a result I never reach the intended charging station. When I need to find a closer alternative, the app does not allow me to click on a displayed charger on the map in the car. ABRP receives correct live date from the car (Enode connection).

I am using the paid version in a Volvo EX30.

Questions:

1. Why is the battery always empty before I arrive at the intended charging station, planned by ABRP? What setting needs to be changed?

2. Why does ABRP not automatically replan, when the intended charging station can no longer be reached?

3. Why can’t I manually replan, using the app display (in Apple CarPlay)? (I can find restaurants, parkings, etc. but there is no option for nearby charging stations).
