Underestimating consumption on a long trip

On a very long trip, the energy estimate is clearly below reality for the selected vehicle (Mercedes-Benz eVito Tourer)

If you divide the kWh by the km, it averages about 17kWh/100km, when it should be closer to 30kWh/100km.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
