Unable to link Toyota BZ via Enode

I am a new EV owner and just took my EV on a road trip this past weekend so I signed up for premium to get live data through enode and Android auto displayed .

It worked for maybe an hour on Friday and then suddenly stopped connecting to line data. One of the suggestions I saw was to sign out, clear so data and try again but since then I've been getting this message every time I log in. It's now been 5 days and still can't sign in
