Unable to send information about incorrect pricing

When I try to suggest a correction → “Incorrect price information,” everything works fine until I add a photo as supporting evidence. As soon as a photo is attached, the Submit button is no longer accessible

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
