unable to plan any route long enought to use charger

Any route that requires a charge results in “We could not calculate your plan” I removed all excluded chargers - and while initially this appeared to be on web page only it started also doing it on phone as well. It doesn’t matter where I set destination. To test it I switched browsers and used a different mac still same and then also used a local route that doesn’t need a charge which routed but when I set charge to 40% or so (which route needs minimum) then it started saying not possible. is there something wrong on backend? is it account restriction?
