Unable to lower reference consumption

I can not lower the reference consumption anymore. Value is red unless it is higher then an unrealistic consumption.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi @User,

    Have you checked that you’ve selected the correct unit for the reference consumption value? This can be changed in: App settings → User interface

      Hi, yes I have checked that.

      As you can see in the attached screenshots. A use an A6 Avant etron, but I can not lower the reference consumption anymore lower then 239Wh/km.
