Unable to load saved plans

ABRP 5.5.1 (3149)
In previous versions when I load a saved plan, ABRP prompts if I want to use Destination Only or All Plan Settings.
Now in 5.5.1 3149 I no longer get this prompt. The loading screen is stuck. I need to press the Home button then reenter the app before I get the prompt Destination vs All.
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
