Unable to edit saved plan order or scroll list

When I sort the saved plans by Custom and tap Edit to change the order, the list goes blank. How do I change the custom order for my saved plans?

Sometimes the app will let me edit the order, but when editing, I am unable to scroll the list. Items not visible on the screen can't be moved. How do I reorder my saved drives if the list doesn't fit on one screen?
