Unable to Connect Volkswagen ID.4 to ABRP Through Enode

I have a 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 and am trying to connect my vehicle to ABRP through Enode using my myVW account.

I receive the following error:

“Connection problem — Volkswagen is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.”

My myVW app is working correctly and is showing current vehicle information, including the correct battery state and other vehicle data. Therefore, the connection between my vehicle and myVW appears to be working normally.

I am using an iPhone and the latest version of the ABRP app.

Could you please check whether there is currently an issue with the Enode/Volkswagen integration or advise how I can resolve this connection problem?

    Any solutions for this?? Tried uninstalling both apps and installed again doesn’t work

    Please try to delete the VW app and install it again. Then try to connect.

    Enode have not reported a problem with this but I will make a report about this.

    I am in exactly the same boat with my 2023 ID.$ Pro S AWD. ABRP was working fine up until today - then message appeared, ENODE not connected. I am unable to re-connect. I am logged into my MyVW account and have correct credentials. Why is Enode/ABRP not working now?

    2023 VW ID4 AWD Pro

    I have been having the same issue for 3-4 days. The MyVW app connects to the car just fine reporting SOC, turning on and off climate, car reporting when doors are open, etc.

    However enode would not update when using ABRP.

    I tried reinstalling all apps and unlinking and relinking enode in the app, but that just meant that I still get the same “Volkswagen is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.” message and cannot relink my car.

      Thanks for the above notification. I will bookmark the status page for next time. One hour back the issue with VW was resolved. I tried again connecting ABRP app with myVW app and the data started flowing and now ABRP is in synch with the vehicle information. Once again. Thank you !
