Unable to connect to Volkswagen via enode

I try for 24 hours to connect to Volkswagen via enode and I get a connection error. That currently Volkswagen is because of a problem not reachable. In the json reponse is a VendorBad status.

I really like to use this on a travel tomorrow.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Please try to delete the VW app and install it again. Then try to connect.

    The enode status page, shows that the service is wokring
