Unable to connect to Tesla

When I go to link my vehicle, it asks me to log into my tesla account and then just lands on a blank white page with the tesla logo at the top left. I just bought premium for an upcoming trip but not being able to have live data is very inconvenient. I’ve tried this on my phone via wifi, cellular as well as on my macbook; all experience the same issue.

Where does this happen?
