Unable to connect to OBD II DA200

I have an MMOBIEL AI OBD II DA200 correctly plugged into the interface of my Skoda Enyaq IV 2021.

I first downloaded the analysis app that the user manual suggested to my Samsung A54, with Bluetooth and GPS fully functional, to successfully make a connection and see real time car data.

I then closed that app and even restarted my phone to make the same connection through the ABRP app, but in the screen that shows 3 connection steps, it structurally fails at the 2nd. The same happens on my other phone with the same ABRP account.

In the past I have successfully connected to a different OBD II with the same phone, app and car.
