Unable to calculate itinerary

Hi,
I have saved my itinerary and been able to load it, amend it as normal. Since last friday or saturday, ABRP will no longer loads the saved plan wether I try via the app or the computer. I can load simpler plans but not the more complex ones… please help, how do I recover a normal situation ? cheers
