Ukraine: GO TO-U operator problems

On OpenChargeMap, GO TO-U operator stations are displayed correctly. However, in the ABRP app, most of them appear as offline, and some are missing entirely. This issue has been ongoing for a long time. Could you please look into it and fix it?

GO TO-U is the largest charging operator in Ukraine, and this bug is a deal breaker for using ABRP here.

For example, station OCM-296936 looks fine and up to date on OpenChargeMap:

However, ABRP still shows outdated information for this station — it even lists the wrong operator:

    Hi @Anton,

    Information for the charger you mentioned does not come from OCM. As we are not able to get any live status informaiton from OCM, we will prioritize data sources that can provide such.

    The charger in question does have live status;

    Looking at Google, they also list the location as operated by ‘AE’

    But perhaps this is just the manufacturer of the charger?

      Hi @Katya S.

      The charging station you mentioned is incorrect: the AE station is no longer there. At that location, the station and operator are now different. However, since ABRP doesn’t receive station information from GO-TO-U, it isn’t displayed correctly.

      I don’t know where Google gets its information about stations.

      These two screenshots are from the GO-TO-U app, and one is from the AE app. As you can see, even the AE app doesn’t show a charging station here.

        We still receive live status information, and at least one user has checked in confirming they charged there, on Aug 29th.

        But you mean there no longer exists any charger operated by AE? It hasn’t just changed the operator?

        I can see that we do list chargers from ‘Go To-U’ or ‘Go ToU’, such as this one:

        However, this network is not currently in collaboration with our data provider, which delivers live status. Therefore, they carry the gray status, which means ‘assumed operational’ (NOT ‘offline’).

          Yes, at this location there is a new station with different ports, power and a new operator — the old one was removed. But ABRP still shows the old one.

          I think that user meant the new station. Maybe you could also check when that online station ([AE]) changed its status to occupied, to confirm that it’s incorrect.

          Yep, exactly! But some of these stations are overridden by ones that no longer exist, like the one we discussed.

          Is there a chance that this data provider would want to integrate with GO TO-U?
          Can I help with this integration in some way, for example by contacting GO TO-U support?

    Hi, I want to emphasize that this isn’t about just one charging station — it concerns the entire provider. For some reason, all GO TO-U stations appear greyed out, with no information about their availability. Moreover, half or even more of their stations are missing entirely.
