Ukraine: GO TO-U operator problems

On OpenChargeMap, GO TO-U operator stations are displayed correctly. However, in the ABRP app, most of them appear as offline, and some are missing entirely. This issue has been ongoing for a long time. Could you please look into it and fix it?

GO TO-U is the largest charging operator in Ukraine, and this bug is a deal breaker for using ABRP here.
