Turn-by-turn navigation doesn't handle UK mini-roundabouts correctly

Turn-by-turn navigation doesn't give appropriate instructions for UK mini-roundabouts (the small, often flush-to-the-road markings common at minor junctions in the UK). In practice this shows up in two ways:

• No instruction given: the app sometimes doesn't announce/display any maneuver at all when approaching a mini-roundabout, leaving the driver without guidance at exactly the point they need it.

• Wrong terminology used: when an instruction is given, it uses junction-style phrasing (e.g. "turn left/right") rather than roundabout-style phrasing referring to exits (e.g. "at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit"), which doesn't match how UK drivers are taught to interpret roundabouts and can cause confusion about which road to actually take, especially at 3- or 4-way mini-roundabouts.
