Trip recording Volvo EX30

I have a Volvo Ex30 with ABRP installed on AAOS.

I have an active subscription.

On the app in the phone if I look at the travel history I only see the charging sessions and not the trips...

Is it a known problem or a setting to be activated?

On the app in the phone I have already activated the option to record and save trips in the vehicle card.

    Thanks for reporting! Were you using ABRP in the car when you did your drives? We only receive vehicle data when the app is active.

      Yes, with a planned path and app on AAOS open. I leave an example with the screenshot. You only see the charging session and not the trip

        Acknowledged - I checked your car data and we simply do not store any GPS updates. I assume position is working as it should when you drive?

          Yes the position works regularly
