Real-time traffic not so real

New ABRP premium user, I notice that the real time traffic data is not at all accurate. Yesterday on a route, the red and orange colors indicated heavy traffic when there was nothing of the sort. What's more, if I compare with maps or Waze traffic data, the latter are much more reliable and correspond better to real traffic. Can you look into this problem of updating traffic in real time. Thank you
