Traffic routing issue

The map shows the trafffic in read, but it’s not taking into account into initial planning (and not after either). In this case the motorway is shut due to major incident, every other tool (Apple, Google Maps, Waze, TomTom, TomTom Go) are rerouting and avoid the whole area. ABRP throws me right in.

Don’t hesitate to contact me I got screenshot of everything including authorities reporting the motor way actually shut

Where does this happen?

    Please provide a link to the plan where this occurs. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

    4. Paste the URL here

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please exclude private addresses and the use of ‘my position’, home, work, etc., from the plan you post here publicly.

    Provide us with the screenshots aswell of the location and other information regarding the motorway.

      Obviously I can’t do that anymore as the motorway is reopened and traffic disappeared

        If I understand correctly, it is that WHEN there is an occasion where it is closed, ABRP still maps you to drive through the motorway while other mapping apps avoids it? Is that the case for this motorway or other ones too and has it been going on for a long time?

        We still need to know which motorway you are referring to in your report.
