Traffic routing issue

The map shows the trafffic in read, but it’s not taking into account into initial planning (and not after either). In this case the motorway is shut due to major incident, every other tool (Apple, Google Maps, Waze, TomTom, TomTom Go) are rerouting and avoid the whole area. ABRP throws me right in.
