Hey {name|there}! 👋

have purchased a 100% electric Toyota C-HR+ in the Premium version and I have connected the app to the car through my MyToyota account. The problem is that Toyota does not update the vehicle data while the car is in motion. I found that it could be connected through an OBD device, so I bought two: the Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0 and the OBDLink CX. Both of them connect to the vehicle, but they do not connect to the app. Could you please tell me what I should do to make it work?
