Error message: "Too many login attempts" Audi and Enode

I keep getting a “too many login attempts” error when I try to log into eneba and my Audi account. I previously put in the wrong password, I assume. But I reset my password and waited 2 days to try again. I still get the error even though I know I'm using the newly reset password. What might be going on?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Please delete the Audi app and install it again. Then you should be able to loggin again.
