Tire Efficiency

Being able to note which tires you're using so that the planner has a chance to become more accurate. It can be a minor thing, but with the massive amount of data you get it can show patterns to let us see which tires can be better for efficiency in certain conditions and to just not skew the OEM tire data.

I know that we can endlessly split hairs on this, but I think that just allowing for the tires to be marked is meaningful enough and a good enough line in the sand to place things.

It'll also be nice if we could compare them when you get enough data so it can make tire shopping better than just relying on the sellers & OEM data.
