The exits for my local highway are incorrect

The exits for my local highway are incorrect. This is the Merritt Parkway in CT, USA. The exits are numbered as if you started counting as you enter the state from NY, not as they actually are. For example in Norwalk the Exit is 40B, butthe map says 17, exit 38 is listed as 15.
