The charger's status is not displayed

The status of none of the PRE provider's chargers (https://chargepre.smatrics.com/cs/) is displayed—the charging station status is shown as unknown.

This affects approximately 900 stations. In the past, the status was displayed correctly.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
