The app can't find the phone's geolocalization data.

I used ABRP app many times in the past, but from some months ago, I can't use 'my location' as starting point, as the app doesn't find the GPS data.
I thought it could be something going wrong with my phone, but the same problem occurs in my wife's phone.
I'm using a Motorola edge 30 (android) and both the app and android are updated to the latest versions.
