Tesla shown as sleeping always

Car not updating battery it says sleeping but I linked the vehicle to the app

I have added my Tesla and tried to connect for live info but it
is shown as sleeping always, however car is awake. Am I missing
something? I have tried reading it, reconnecting for live info -
nothing helps

I am experiencing an issue with your application incorrectly showing my Tesla Model 3 as « asleep » even though it is not. I have already tried disabling and re-enabling the Tesla link, but the issue persists. Additionally, I have attempted to reconfigure the settings both via the app and the website, but the result remains the same.

Please note that I am not experiencing any connectivity issues with another third-party app called « Tessie »

Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it?
