Tesla Model Y connection issues 'not authorized'

I connected my car through the app (still in trial) and it was working well to retrieve My Drives (and my charges). However, yesterday I noticed that it has lost connection to the car. It says 'connection issues' in orange letters in the Plan settings menu.

When I click on the vehicle and select 'Live Data' it says 'last connected 6 days ago' and under that it says:
"Not authorized
Tesla"

There seems to be nothing I can do to fix this. Perhaps unlinking the connection and relinking again, but then I'll lose the Drives and charging data. That is the main reason to get ABRP Premium.

What to do?
