Tesla Model S 2017 + Model 3 2019 Live data not working

At both of my Tesla cars live data connections do not work any more (since 2024 or so). Tried to unlink and link but when requested to add a virtual key there’s an error in Tesla App which says that third party access is not possible.

What do i need to do to make the live data connections work again?
