not possible to create trips with the car

As from today it is not possible to create trips with the car. Even between two big cities in Sweden. The app suggests me to select more chargers etc etc but I have checked that.

Where does this happen?

    Between what two addresses are you attempting to create a plan?

      It was between Nykvarn, and Mölnlycke.

      However it all works fine by now again so from my side consider it all resolved.

        Thank you. We found the possible cause of the issue and made some adjustments.
