Tesla data linking

I am having a problem refreshing my cars live data (2020 Model S, 2024 Model 3 Highland). It used to update a minute or two after I started using ABRP so I can then start some journey planning. Now it’s usually a few days old and I cannot force it to get live data. Usually showing sleeping (model 3) or not connected (model s). The model S keeps asking me to add streaming which, if you do it, doesn’t do anything.

I have unlinked and re-linked both to no effect. In addition I deleted the model s and restarted from scratch no to avail. Using android and web.
