Tesla Charger, Fort Stockton/Flying J not selected

The Tesla Charger at Flying J in Fort Stockton at 2175 N Front St TX, is not being selected in my plan. The Tesla charger in the previous stop and the next stop are selected, so I know my settings for Tesla are correct
