Tesla always appears sleeping

I have my Tesla 2026 MY charging in my garage. I wake the car with the phone app and have even sat in the car to ensure it is not “sleeping”. However, ABRP always reports the car is “Sleeping”. Furthermore items like consumption show a rate that is outdated (when I was towing a trailer a month ago). I removed the connection via the website, re-added the connection and still the same results.

Anyone else have this problem? If so, how can I correct it?
