‘Teleporting’ during route

I was planning a route and I noticed a shorter than expected trip duration/distance. When you zoom in to the ‘Nieuwegein’ area, I noticed it takes a weird detour into that area and then the blue route line jumps significantly south-west to continue for only a couple of minutes to the first charge station.
I can select the gray route over the A27 to have it calculate the correct route and distance but that requires a manual intervention.
