Taycan data connection

Hi.

I've the premium sub and use ABRP to connect to my taycan to get state of charge etc live. This was working well up to perhaps two weeks ago. Since that time I haven't been able to get live soc in the app.

Iā€™ve tried unlinking and linking again to Porsche. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The linking send to be successful but in vehicle live data it says ā€œPorsche Not connectedā€. It has also previously said ā€œPorsche Registeringā€.

Note again this was all working on until a week or two ago.

Any help appreciatedā€¦premium sub not useful without this connection feature.

    Hi folks.

    The issue seems to persist. Today I drive around for about an hour with ABRP on android auto but the soc live data remained sleeping the entire time. Back home for an hour now and it still reports the soc from before I left this morningā€¦can seem to get it to update live.

    Any suggestions?

    Is this still an issue? I can se that it says Sleeping now instead of Not connected. I also see that we get Soc from the car.

      Hi.

      Don't know if you did something on your side but this morning it worked fine on my way to work and again on the way back. Hopefully that's it sorted. Was it something that needed changing it did it just sort itself out?

      I'll use it over the next few days and let you know if any issues arise.

          This issue seems to have sorted itself again. It now connects a couple of minutes after being in the car. Thanks for the help
