Tavascan Adrenaline/vlink icar pro issues

ABRP is not able to fetch data from OBD dongle. Another app on my Android device “car scanner OBD II” is able to fetch all data from the car. Please help?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hello @ABRP User #1743306,

    Does your OBD device use BLE for connection or the classic Bluetooth? It is a hard requirement that it uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) in order to be used with ABRP.

    Sorry the dongle is slightly wrong this is the right one: Vgate iCar Pro OBDII Bluetooth V3.0
