Take slow initial winter charging into account (manually or automatically)

Since my car's battery warmer does not pre-condition my battery before arrival, I do not get full-speed charging until around 20 minutes in. This therefore means that I want to arrive at any fast charger with as empty a battery as I can manage, because the speed of charge is fastest in the second half of the charge. Ideally, ABRP would factor this in when temperatures are low. If it couldn't, is there some way I could "force" this factor manually into the route planning (short of forcing specific stops, which defeats the point of having an algorithm choose them)?
