Support for height limitations considering trucks and vans

Modern navigation systems or apps have the possibility to add the size and weight of your vehicle.
This is necessary because some routes may have low bridges or small roads.
However, this is not supported by ABRP. So, I may find the ideal route for my EV (an electric van) but I got stuck under a bridge because of the height of my van. Or I have been led to a charging station that I can not reach due to the height of my van.
