When Supercharging, I often leave the car to get food, shop, etc. ABRP already has access to the vehicle’s live charging data and estimated time remaining, so it would be very useful if it could automatically alert me a configurable number of minutes before charging is expected to finish.
For example, if ABRP detects that Supercharging has started and estimates 30 minutes remaining, I could configure it to alert me 3 minutes before completion. Ideally, on iOS this could be a persistent/loud alarm (or integrate with Shortcuts to create an iPhone alarm), rather than an ordinary push notification that can easily be missed.
Currently I do this manually every time I Supercharge: I check the estimated charging time and set an iPhone alarm for about 3 minutes before completion so I have enough time to walk back to the car.
It would be great to automate this using the live charging information ABRP already receives. Even better, the reminder could adjust automatically if the estimated completion time changes during the charging session.
