Subscription issue

I have a subscription through iOS, but when I try to enable live weather, it says I need a subscription so I click and subscription and it says you already have a subscription. Also in my Chevy blazer EV for android auto there is no 3-D view. this is a dealbreaker.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
