Submit button doesn't work on report error in amenities

On Android, the submit button on the report error with amenities near charger does not work, it is blue but impossible to click. Even after adding photos.

Additionally, this form on Android should automatically fill in the version. In looking for the version (e.g. going back) I also lost the contents of this bug report. That's 2 failed bug report features!
