Since the end of october, when I start the application, it most often get stuck on the startup logo or a black screen, and when it does, I cannot proceed to the main activity of the application.
I don't know if this is due to an update or the fact that I subscribed the annual plan. Before that, it just worked.
I cleared my application cache. I also tried clearing any application data. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. It sometimes work once or twice after reinstalling and always fails after I login and retry, but that may just be bad luck since I cannot reproduce successful attempts consistently.
I run on the application on Graphene OS, without particular hardening settings configured. I granted all requested permissions.
I may share logs if need be and if they do not contain sensitive info that should not be posted publicly.
