Strict Charging Provider Preference

I would like to suggest a new feature regarding charging provider selection.

Currently it's possible to mark charging providers as preferred or ignored which is very useful.
However there is no option to enforce charging exclusively at a specific provider.

For example if I mark a charging network as my preferred provider (with the heart icon) ABRP still sometimes plans stops at other charging networks.
I'm not sure what conditions cause this but it means the preference isn't always respected.

It would be very helpful to have a strict provider filter for example:

Only use this charging provider

Instead of automatically selecting other charging providers ABRP should always respect this setting.

If using only the selected charging provider results in a significantly longer route for example a 6-hour trip (with provider filter) instead of a 4-hour trip (without provider filter) ABRP could display a message informing the user that restricting the route to this charging provider will increase the travel time and let the user decide whether to keep the restriction or allow other charging providers instead.

This would allow users to make an informed decision instead of ABRP automatically overriding their preference.

This would be especially useful for users who have a subscription discounted charging rates company charging cards or simply want to use a single charging network for convenience.
