Strange routing differences for same Waypoint

If I route to the poi of a location (SABA Parkhaus [Energiedienst]) it will partially ignore my charging provider setting on the first war before returning. If I use the adress (Dr.-Pilet-Spur 2, 79868 Feldberg) it uses the right settings for the charging network.

I added the pictures and CSV for the Excel export. And it happened regarding of the preference of Ionity (my only preference) was set to prefer or prefer exclusively.
