Stop resetting the SoC whilst on a journey

When using ABRP on a journey I'm finding it unusable unless I have live battery tracking in place. This is because every time the route replans, it restores my starting SoC of 80%. The replan may happen because I've decided not to follow the suggested route, or because I've asked for an alternative charger.

Result is that I'm left without a plan whilst driving and unable to correct it without 10s of presses on small buttons unsuitable for driving.
