Still can’t select MG4 Urban in the app

Hi I still can’t select my car in the app. Been trying for several weeks now. It’s the MG4 Urban Essence 54. There are no forward arrows next to it and I can’t select it.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Thanks for reporting! We don’t have a specific Urban Essence 54 model in our library - are you trying to select a similar model, or are you creating a custom model?

      Hi. It’s this model. The Urban long range. See there’s no forward arrow to the right of it so it won’t allow me to select it. Thanks.

        There is no arrow because there are no more selections (like trim or tires) under this model - it is what it is. When I press it on iOS I get it selected and I can plan with it. Does that not work for you?

          No. When I press it (also iOS) it just takes me back to the Home Screen with no car selected.

            Is it specifically this vehicle model? Or any model which does not have the arrow?

              I’ve only tried this model because this is the car that I have.

              I am having the same problem with my MG4 standard range (51kW). ABRP used to be my go to - now it is useless.
